the decision is do i slam to get an in arc shot next turn to shut down an ace 'permanently' or do i just roll dice.

do i roll 2 dice to get 1 shield, or do i roll 4 dice to get 1 damage.

Agree with Panic's changes. Look up Aaron Bonar worlds 2015 to see it in action, it was very interesting to see in such a high level competition.

That's not exactly brain surgery there. Basically, if you don't run into rocks, this list flies itself. At least if you had Tacticians you would have to pretend to keep ships in-arc.

Not to be mean, but I would have zero interest in flying this list. Just fly in formation and use death-by-a-thousand-cuts.

You might as well drop the guardians down to Wardens: you're not going to notice the difference between PS2 and PS4, and being able to fit them with tactician is quite fun.

I'm also not really sold on the advanced Slam. I don't think Miranda can capitalise properly on the free action with that setup.

I might load her up with Ion Bombs, since she'll be flying towards the rear of the group and the enemy will be chasing you... Being able to hand out some ion tokens at a critical moment might be quite fun.

How about C-3PO or Lando with Experimental Interface? That would make Miranda a tough nut to crack.
