So I finally got enough S&V ships to start making squads and started thinking about a Scum Swarm... any of you squad building guru's what are you thoughts???

Well, unfortunately, Scyk swarms are not very good. Also, that is one seriously expensive Serissu. There's nothing really stopping your opponent from killing her first and then the rest of your ships gain no defensive benefit.
I would go with something like this:
Serissu w/ Juke (or swarm tactics) = 22
2 cartel spacers w/ 'heavy' & 'mangler' = 20 x 2
binayre pirate w/ feedback array = 14
2 binayre pirates = 12 x 2

Still gives you 6 ships, but you can use the Z-95s as blockers to help protect your more valuable Scyks. You can also deal more damage overall with this list, since your opponent has to make a hard choice: shoot at the support serissu or shoot at the nasty heavy scyks. And even if you lose one, you are only giving up 20 or 22 points (instead of 30 as will be the case in your list).

makes a lot of sense. reason i put so much on Serissu was that after i put allthe Scyks there wasn't enough points for another so flushed out Serissu
