With a stroke of its mane, it turns into a plane?
and it turns into stress
when you tug on it's Rebel Ceptive!
Ooo, that's dirty!

There really isn't any way to take out an ace at this point level without an ace yourself or Decimator or Falcon or whatever.
I suppose you could go 2x Blue Squadron B-Wings each with FCS. One of them could have E2 and an Intel Agent. That's about the most powerful you can make a Genericwing list.
WAIT. If everyone is going to fly 1 ship builds, why not fly X-Wings with R7 and IA? Make one Tarn of course, and the other can be a rookie with Flechette Torpedoes or a Red Squadron. I have your answer OP. In normal games when R7 ships make it to the end game against a single enemy ship they become invincible, and the 50 point format just forces that situation.
