I do win with Chun-Li and might side into Old Promo Alba or Morrigan. I only play 2 attacks in my deck - Spike. Chun-Li help me build really fast, and Twelves' foundations give me extra TagAlong and Spike from my opponent's discard pile.
what is the best charecter in the water event?
I got 2nd with an Ibuki deck, based on just rushing the opponent. I played the person who ended up in first, and when time was called my card pool was monsoon season with a multiple copy, tsumuji, dream blossoms, kasumi suzaku, kasumi suzaku and kasumi suzaku. After all of those went through my opponent was at 25/26 damage.
