No. Because the game is set in space, and the Snowspeeder is atmospheric only, even if you had an atmospheric board, not everyone does - most don't, and it'd be too out of place. Especially as they'd probably have to add ATAT's and ATSTs also.

Even if they made the game have an option to be played in atmosphere (ala TFA), I don't think snow speeders would be able to compete with normal starfighters.

If you have played Battlefront, you'd know that when you fly the snowspeeder, you are great at taking out ground units, but horribly pathetic against tie fighters.
