Question About +10 Health For Two Player Campaign

When playing a two player game with two heroes and two legendary reward cards, how do we properly play the game?

- Does each hero gets extra +10 at the beginning of the mission or anytime during the mission (counter obtained damage)?
- Do the reward cards stay with the players throughout the campaign and the players can activate them every new mission?
- What happens to the hero's health when the next mission starts? For example, if a hero had 5/12 health by the end of the mission, does this health transfer to the next mission or there is a health reset? If there is a reset of health, only wounds transfer to the next mission?
- How much can a her recover when resting? Up to his/her usual 10-12 health or up to legendary 20-22 health?
I cannot figure this out and cannot keep playing. Please help.

Each hero gets +10 health on the healthy side at the beginning of the mission, and the entire game. They also get the bonus on the wounded side as well.

All reward cards stay in play for the entire campaign.

At the start of any mission, heroes start at full health.

When resting - they can recover up to their full, legendary health.
