The tie/d title does nothing unless you have a cannon on it. So i would trade the missiles for a ion cannon. Also the st321 title doesn't seem to help you much. Other than that the core idea behind the list seems solid to me.
I was going to suggest maybe two bombers instead of yorr, but I assume you don't have any yet.
Take the missles off vessery.
You already have the Cannon. Don't need the missles
You have TFA core?
Go with epsilon pilots instead of the Academy
It's a pretty good point cost
15 pts, and you get a shield (shield upgrade is 4pt) target lock capability, and a better dial with the kturn imo.
Then captian yorr with the title and sensor jammer

Go Omnicron pilot and Vader.
Your shuttle will become a big target but Vader is pretty awesome
Only use him if your hitting a ship that has no shields or to finish something off.
Plus you still have two tie fighters that can target lock for vessery
Plus the shuttle can still target lock as well.
This you have 3 ships that can all target lock to support vessery.
Fleet officer is a nice idea
