Hi guys!

I got the X-wing core set for Xmas and whilst I have never been attracted to space warfare games in the past (Always needing a hero or character to lead my forces, not some ship) I LOVED the X-wing game! And when I found out I COULD have heroes and such, I was sold.

Star Wars has always been about the Jedi for me...well...ahem...more accurately the Sith. So Darth Vader it was! Originally I just wanted Vader and a whole bunch of Tie Fighters. But then a mate mentioned you could have Sidius as well...so that put a spanner in things, cos of course I needed ALL the Sith. And let's be honest, Vader with his boys escorting the Emperor was too cool a theme to pass up!

So, I need a little help with the list I came up with, if any veterans would be so kind! I know it's 105 points and that most games are 100 points. But is 5 points a big thing? I mean...if i was versing someone with a 103 or 107 point list I wouldn't really care, but maybe others in the community are more strict? Would I find it hard to play games against people with a list a few points different? If so, where would be a good area to lose the points? Thanks for any help in advance lads. Looking forward to joining the X-wing community with Vader and the boys!

I have only had a few games, but I kinda see this cool little themed force as the Emperor hangin back in his stretch limo, using his powers to guide Darth as he clears the way for the Boss. The Ties are a little squadron that go straight into the enemy force. And Vader is Top Gun, always behind the enemy and just plain kickin ass and takin names, being the bad-ass that he is.
