If I have 2 ships next to each other and both have wingman and both have glitterstim. Would wingman lite off after glitterstim gave it's stress?

This would be more at home in the Rules Questions forum, instead of the Off-Topic, but there's that.

At the start of combat you resolve all abilities triggered ona ship, in the order of your choosing, before moving to the next ship at the same PS, or moving to the next lower PS ship with triggered abilities.

If you had a single IG-88 with Wingman and Glitterstim, paired with a Black Sun Ace with Wingman and Glitterstim it would resolve in this order:

Start of Combat

IG-88

Wingman or Glitterstim, followed by the remaining ability.

Black Sun Ace

Wingman or Glitterstim, followed by the remaining ability.

This order of activation is mandatory.

If you had two Black Sun Aces (or other ships at same PS)

BSA 1

Wingman or Glitterstim, followed by the remaining ability.

BSA 2

Wingman or Glitterstim, followed by the remaining ability.

This order is flexible, both have the same PS so you could activate and resolve in order of your choice, as long as you finish one ship before moving to the other.
