I almost bought a fourth Kihraxz last night because it had a messed up paintjob (but in a good way? it was really dark! like, special dark).

Then I realized the only reason I already have three Kihraxzs instead of two is that I messed up the sharpie-edging of the second one with the wrong colour, and couldn't bear to live with non-matching dials.

I don't have any, so some of you guys need to share...

I looked up what crack shot does.

1 point for a 1 time use to negate 1 evade result of your opponent.

Not to expensive, nice and all, but I am afraid I missed the hype on this one. Can anyone explain what I missed?

Secondly, you go 3x Black Squadron, 3x Omega Squadron, 6x Crackshot and wipe things in one volley. You can burn down everyone's PS 2 ships before they can fire or if you can get an ace in arc you can blow it away. A negative hull upgrade for your opponent that always triggers.

So many times you'll throw a bunch of attacks at a Poe or Soontir and end up doing little/nothing with 2 attack dice ships. No longer with Crackshot.

It also works on high attack ships like Brobots, to make their shots hurt more when it matters. 2 HLC shots with Focus/Target Lock/Glitterstim and Crackshot can evaporate low HP aces like Soontir or Corran without much difficulty.

I have actually right now 5 (Khiraxzes), but planning to sell 1 or 2 of the repainted ones.

Not that fond of crackshot, felling a bit that it kills diversity. Who wants to field cool stuff like Hwks when there are so many crackies around, which just melt ships.
