Double regen plus the one A-wing most likely to ruin a full TLT squad's day, and the Comet is pretty hard to drop.
I've tried VI Poe (and *might* sub in thrusters, maybe, on Red Ace), but PtL just opens up more options turn to turn and I've found that boost + mods was superbly useful to close TLT donut holes.
I would suggest predator over PTL on Poe. green moves + boost are not necessarily better mobility than having full access to your dial at all times. And you actually have better offense overall considering predator applies on all of your attacks, even when making a red move
I'm beginning to feel that PtL is a bit over-used these days. It's useful in certain situations where being stressed is beneficial (or at least not as big a penalty), e.g. Soontir Fel, Ibtisam, Keyan Farlander, but I agree with blade that Predator is a more useful choice in this situation.
I'm not sure that this is an "invulnerable" squadron, like anything else each ship will go down to focussed attacks, and losing any one ship will seriously cripple the squadron. It's a matter of doing as much damage as possible before that happens to make sure the survivors can cope. Predator is what you need for that.
Plus, PtL chokes his Focus or lets you predict his move, both of which are bad for Poe, IMHO. Predator for rerolls Plus PoeFocusnanigains? SOLID.

Tried Predator, honestly think I like it even more than PTL. VI isn't garbage, but I bloody love the flexibility granted by Predator/PTL.

Take this wonderful reroll and also use it on defense. Combined with his pilot ability, Autothrusters and a regen droid, this EPT makes Poe a real pain to kill.
