When you are being attacked by an enemy ship you may add 1 (evade) result to your defense roll if a friendly (title) ship has the attacker in arc.

I do not know if it's too powerful/too weak but seems interesting.

TBH both of those would work and neither would even need the must have 2 ships with the title for them to work.... or even you may only have one squadron.
