Have a question about new rules and professor.

Most wantred list rule says: Each copy of a card from the NAPD Most Wanted List reduces an Identity’s influence limit by 1 when included in a deck. An Identity’s printed influence limit cannot be reduced below 1.

The Professor have 1 influense. Can he include 3x Lady H1 and 3x Clone Chip, or it will decrese his influence below 1, and break the rule?

Yes, that works just fine. He will still have 1 ing left over.

You include the answer to your own question. An identity's printed influence limit cannot be reduced below 1. So the Professor can NEVER be affected by the Most Wanted list.

His question is about whether the rule states that influence can't be lowered to less than one and you can play them, or if it is illegal to play cards that would lower influence to less than one. I think the first, but it is ambiguous

Damon Stone clarified on Twitter. Basically the Professor isn't affected in any way by the MWL
