I own the following: Core (Rebels & Imperials), AFII x2, Nebulon B, CR90, Rebel Squadrons x2, Rogues & Villains x2
Here's a list I came up with using the models/cards I own from reading tactical advice articles around the web:

Why Tycho? His perk is redundant with Jan Ors assisting.
Guess I didn't think of that. What should I trade him out for?
How about:
If you want another A wing, just switch Tycho out for another A wing for a better init bid...if that matters to you. But yea, Wedge is another good pilot vs squadrons. Though if you do add wedge, looks like you'll need to free up some extra space in your build?
Why such an aggressive initiative bid? I rarely see anyone take less than 395. Is your local meta different? Also gunnery teams and Paragon are kind of anti-synergy.
You could drop the CR-90 and with 11 more points have another AFMkII B which works a lot better with Garm. If you kept that ship naked except for Paragon it could be your double arc ship with no gunnery teams.
With your extra points I would upgrade to the AF or take more squadrons, probably bombers. Even a 10 point initiative bid seems pretty aggressive to me and I think your list might have a hard time taking down an MC80 or ISD.
It displays weird from SWAFT ( http://nanotanks.pythonanywhere.com/ ). The 374 is not counting Garm (25), bringing it to 399.
