The Syuck is getting a fix. Hopefully are very good one! Its needed.

You can swap out the weapons though, that's a thing.

Its laser cannon could be easily swapped for an ion cannon, concussion missiles or a proton torpedo launcher.

What do people think of putting a guidance chip on a missile/torpedo scyk? You get a more reliable ordnance strike and after it's shot its load it reverts to blocking duties. Call it the sick chimp. I doubt it's championship material but it could be a fun trick to surprise people with on club night.

Edit - Thread tracers look like a cheap and not entirely useless option.

That's why we can fit a booster, already have target lock option, it does include a hyperdrive 2.0

although 3+1 sounds more logical, it's "epic maneuverability in hands of a skilled pilot" sounds like BB-8 style upgrade.

Actually the ship in its source game could fit a booster - at a cost of other things of course (Light version).

2) fitting a booster takes up the mod slot, which is why my fix would remove the mod slot, thus meaning you couldn't take boost, because you couldn't modify it, because you can't modify scyks. how hard is that to understand I ask? Pretty hard, it would seem

3) Why is any S&V ship a reflection of it's pilot more than a Rebel one? Or even the Imperial ones? Besides, what on earth does this have to do with a fix taking up the mod slot anyway?

I think for Thread tracers, fielding a Z95 is a much better option, as tracers on the Scyk cost 2pts in the title alone.

Some enthusiasts use them in epic, some try them as flankers, but not a singleone used other upgrades

Agreed - its a terrible choice to load a fire and dispose weapon on this ship. Use a Z-95, Khiraxz or something else instead and save the 2 points.

Why is it the greatest dial ever?

inquisitor's dial has almost every maneuver out there, the only ship that has them all is 2400

but 2400 is limited by large ship base, greens. in this case it's not a problem.

it seems they don't really fear the power crawl when it's not S&V.

scyk dial has no 3 hards, no hard greens. no boost included, so not even AT if you wanted to make a R3 sniper, no cheap title for action economy.

it's a game design flaw as far as I see.

they feared the "cheap HLKuser" like they feared that 4-k white on Tie-D would break the game

I took to Proton Rocket Tansarii Point Veterans with Push the Limit flying with Talonbane Cobra and N'dru Suhlak in a 100-point match. But I only ever got one Proton Rocket to fire.
