I know that these figures have been adjusted due to their use in skirmish lists. Do the changes made affect their campaign versions as well?

The change to officers is specifically for skirmish (order now does different things in skirmish or campaign). The others are for both, the royal guard change was necessary since they were the best unit available to the IP in most situations, the sab change will not come up in the majority of campaigns but it is a sizeable nerf to them.

However, in campaign play, feel free to ignore the eratta. All of the current missions were balanced pre-nerf, so it changes the game adversely.
