Is this Tournament worthy? If not, what needs to change with what I got. (All of my stuff is in my Sig)

How do I fare in a Tournament and how do I make this better?
The first two things are stuff you can do now. The third thing you'd have to buy something for:
1. Use wired instead of determination. Wired lets you spend your action on maneuver or offense, and then get the wired reroll because you triggered elusiveness and stressed yourself. Determination is probably not going to trigger often on a ship with 2 hull.
2. Dutch probably isn't going to live long enough to use R2D2 a lot, since he is only 1 agility and has to go straight forward to trigger R2D2. A better way to keep dutch alive is to give them something else to shoot at. If you dropped the torpedoes and R2D2 from dutch, he could still give nera or the A wing target locks, then just take accurate Ion turret shots at things. Then drop the ion cannon from nera and you have room for a pilot skill 1 A wing with the refit.
3. If you get a K wing or a punisher you could immediately shave 2-8 points off your list total. I don't remember how many copies of "extra munitions" and "plasma torpedoes" come with those sets. There's at least one EM, and it would save you 2 points.

That list looks like it costs 105 points on Yet Another Squad Builder. 104, since you only have one Failsafe
First thing is that you have a ton of points in secondary weapons. Lots of torpedoes and ion. I would tone that down, because you only get so many attacks and every turn you fire a torpedo is a turn you made that ion cannon a waste of 3/5 points. Munitions Failsafe isn't really that useful, usually with four dice you'll land at least one hit. grandmoffjoe is also very correct when he explains why Determination and R2-D2 aren't going to be very effective in this list.
I put together a list using only things you own that I think would serve you better, though I replaced the Y-Wing with a T-70. It still uses an A-Wing and a B-Wing, although I feel these pilots are much more dangerous.

Remember that after you Push the Limit you won't be able to perform any more actions that turn! Think over the order you perform actions in so that you can always get Jake's free roll/boost and a third action if you need one. Veteran Instincts lets you dodge around opponents more easily but Wired would be good with Push the Limit. Outmaneuver and Wired should not be used together, you won't be stressed very often without PTL.

Focus doesn't help much defensively with only 1 agility, so you'll usually want to roll and lock with your actions. You could also drop the torpedoes for B-Wing/E2 and Jan Ors, which lets you get your stress token as well as an evade and a target lock. Personally I dislike Proton Torpedoes but I'm not sure how much you want to use them. If they aren't important to you I would definitely go with the /E2+Jan Ors loadout. Keyan's primary weapon will hit about as hard as the torpedoes, possibly harder since he can use his target lock for rerolls.

Talon rolls are cool. White talon rolls are even better. BB-8 provides a bit of witchcraft and trickery to you if you're willing to move slowly, but R2 will make shedding stress a lot easier. Like, a lot easier. Veteran Instincts purely because not much else was appealing for 1-2 points, but Determination isn't a bad alternative. If you shave some points elsewhere, you could use Predator. Predator always delivers.
