My head is spinning with how much I love this squad! I wish I had a couple Decimators and a couple more Scyks to try this out. [Wish I had even 1 Decimator, for that matter.] Seriously, I wish I could "like" your post multiple times. It's so genius!
You see, I love blocking ships. M3-As should be good at that with their barrel roll, but if you block, you can't shoot and that's a problem. But you've solved that by giving them a good advantage to their squadmates even if they can't attack the ship they're touching. Brilliant!
The issue with that particular build is whoever you use to bump, they will not be able to attack. M-3A's do not have a lot of HP so it is a huge sacrifice to make. It's why I suggested using the Intimidation with Arvel Crynyd in the 5 A-Wing Build that I posted in another thread.
However if you wish to stick with the idea, I would suggest going with 5 Cartel Spacers, with Manglers. Another idea I see is to have one of the Cartel Spacers with the Flechette Cannon. This will Stress an enemy ship, allowing your Cartel Spacers to out flank it, and Mangle it to death.
Before I sign out I will re-post my theory crafted 5 A-Wing Build in case you want to try that instead of this Angler idea.
5x A-Wing: 4x Green Squadron with Crack Shot and Chardaan Refit, Arvel Crynyd with A-Wing Test Pilot, Intimidation and Proton Rockets
The goal of this build is to use Arvel as the bump. The other A-Wings are suppose to focus on the target Arvel bumps. If this target is a high Agility ship, then they can dump their Crack Shots in to that ship. With Crack Shot canceling 1 Evade, and Intimidation lowering the Agility value by 1, you are almost guaranteed a solid hit that they can't cancel.
The Proton Rockets is for a high HP ship such as a VT 49 Decimator, B-Wing, Y-Wing or one of those. With 5 points of possible damage, you can relax knowing it will increase the survivability of your squad.
The A-Wing has two additional bonuses over the M-3A. They would be Boost, and the 5 straight. While Barrel Roll is nice, I think Boost is even better. It gives you more options (especially with A-Wings). A-Wing's (if moving straight) can move 6 straight a turn! That is insane!

But I feel that if you have Arvel, you're telegraphing who you want to bump with. With the Angler list, it's much more haphazard. Don't get me wrong; I doubt it would be tournament-worthy. But the ingenuity of it (and the fact that it's all Scyks) is really exciting.

2X cartel spacer+mangler
