So due to heavy snow in the Dartmouth/Halifax area we were sent home from work, enroute i went to check post and had a brown box.

Paypal emailed me this morning and are attempting to get me a refund. I figured Mike from Space Rocks wouldn't respond to them. Hopefully I'll be able to get my money back.
Can Pay Pal do a charge back? That could be your best bet to get your money back.
The email said they would take the money out of his Paypal account but if he didn't have it then they would take other actions.
I am also in the dispute resolution process with them. While I do hope to get the frigate more than the refund, I think I am not going to hold my breath on either.
