Hey guys I'm a first time DM for this system and I'm going to be playing my own character as well. I know it's a monumental task, but I think I can do it. Anyways, here's my character, any feedback is appreciated, but I do have some questions. Sorry about the size differences my scanner is all weird right now since I'm still learning it.

1. Is Force Rating calculated by Force Talents (the ones with the burst in the corner) or only the talents that specifically say to increase it by one?

2. I'm confused as to the cost of activating force powers. Where do I find the cost and how does it work with upgrades?

3. The force power I chose is Enhance, and it says to make an Enhance Power Check. Is this done simply by adding the force die to my role or some other way?

4. I keep seeing something about non-force sensitive characters getting more experience since force sensitives are granted and automatic FR of 1. I own all three FFG Star Wars RPG books and can't find anything specific, but the number I keep hearing from other people who've played say its around 20 xp. Can I get some clarification on this?

1. Only the talents that specifically say to increase it by one.

2. You make a Force dice roll, and with the results you get you spend pips according to your morality and the "price" listed in the Force power description.

3. Yes, you make a Force dice roll and spend pips to gain successes in the Athletics skill (for the basic power).

4. I've honestly never heard about this, so can't help you here.

4. you may be mistaken. Careers in Force and Destiny only grant 3 free ranks in the career skills (in the other two lines, your starting career will grant you 4 free ranks). So there is a little difference there. But no, there is no difference in XP granted.

Your character looks fine, but I didn't check your XP spent to make sure it lines up with your total.

Never heard about muggles getting 20xp more beacuse they aren't Force Sensitive. They compensate that by having 2 more career skills for free, that's already equale to the 20xp for a FR 1

Ok, So just for clarification, The (light/dark) symbol is the cost? Example would be one symbol is a price of one pip and two symbols would be a price of two pips. And thank you all for the clarification on 4.
