Not sure if this have been mentioned before but i am unsure about this. Since Poe's ability says he can change 1 focus for evade or a hit does that mean that is all he can do instead of the normal flip all focuses?

All the card says is that Poe has to HAVE a Focus token. He doesn't need to spend it for his ability to trigger. So after you roll, you check to see if he has a Focus token, resolve his ability to change a focus result to a Boom or Evade, and then you can spend the Focus token to change any other focus results you may have gotten as normal.

It also means that you have a decent chance of keeping that focus token for defense, since you can change one <focus> into a <hit> without actually spending that focus token.

Then on defense, you have a even better chance of not spending it, making R5-P9 a great option for regen on Poe.

He can still spend the Focus to flip All
He just doesn't need to spend the Focus if he only wants to flip 1.
