I don't think FFG will touch the Miraluka for quite some time as their deep connectione to the Force and permanent Force Sight is controversial in it's effect. But since F&D core did mentione then in the fluff whpo knows.
I'm quibnte curious about the Arkanian and the Arkanian offshoots. Jawa too, but i think (hope) we'll find them in the Mechanic splatbook, or maybe in the future engineer splatboom for AoR.
Pureblood Sith, though I doubt given the timeframe of the game we will ever see them.
Togorian because giant cat people.
Geonosian would be interesting.
Anzat for brain drinking tentacles.

Out of curiosity, what's the difference between a Faleen and a Zeltron?
Other than one's green and the other is red/pink/fuchsia?
Falleen are reptomammailian, whereas Zeltrons are full mammalian.
Both may use pheromones, but I believe Zeltrons sexiness is a full-on evolution. I don't recall Falleen having a species trait attributing to their appearance. But my knowledge in this regard is fuzzy at best. So hopefully others will correct me.

Honestly... I kinda wanted Gungans. If nothing else, so we could create a Gungan cooler than Jar Jar. We got those.
Then.. Iktotchi... precognition, horns, and (in my imaginarium) generally grumpy bastards. We got those.
Mandalorian... I'm not trying to fanboy, not really. But I'd like to see them. I think they would be best handled if done just like Corellian Humans were in Suns of Fortune with a more martial bent.
We would sense a great disturbance in the Force if FFG released the Mandalorians as a playable human race in their inevitable Bounty Hunter book, like the sound of a thousand fanboys screaming out in glee, and then suddenly silenced as they digested every free skill rank and innate talent now made available to them.

A lot of those came from the Unofficial Species Menagerie that myself and Cyril created way back in the early days of EotE, long before there was any announcement of an AoR or FaD Beta. Enough folks liked them and found the write-ups useful that OggDude decided to include them in his generator.
So they are playable, just not officially so 
Outside of miraluka, I'd love to see nagai and draethos.
