The Scholar, the Archaeologist, and the Scientist all get Respected Scholar, which downgrades the difficulty of checks to interact with institutions of learning. Unfortunately, we haven’t seen many institutions of learning in the Star Wars universe. How are you incorporating them into your game?
Institutions of Learning
I basically made some up. I also occasionally give NPCs an academic background, applying the bonus to those interactions.
edit/add: This isn't entirely up the GM either. Let the player make suggestions, ask questions, etc. If they want, they can flip a Destiny point to introduce a fact like there being a school or college in the area where they are asking questions.
It also doesn't necessarily have to be a full blown university. A cooking school is a learning institution.
You could even apply the bonus to an entire world, like Chandrila, where philosophical debate an academia are a way of life. They may not actually know, much less respect the scholar, but the scholar knows how to talk to them in a way they respect.

I currently have an NPC archaeologist negotiating with some major universities for the PCs (all happening behind the scenes). The PCs found an ancient Duros vault that contained ancient Rakatan artifacts. Useless stuff to the PCs, but the kind of stuff that's priceless in the academic world.
Suns of Fortune introduces the Drall world and the universities on it.
The F&D adventures “Mountaintop Rescue” and “Lure of the Lost” both happen on the planet Spintir, and there is some information in there about the main city of Reles and the University there that is strangely well-equipped for being so far out on the edges of the fringe.
