So, i'm not sure whether to keep Predator and PTL or take VI on both and maybe use the points left to upgrade the Tala to a Proto Pilot with Chardaan and AT. Also is Engine upgrade worth on Corran?

VI versions are way superior to ptl or predator, because in mirror match you can arc dodge the latter. And engine upgrade can be quite useful, it helps you either getting ships in arc or dodging ennemies' ones. And a proto could be useful.

Ok then VI it is, didn't know this was an actually good list, i always thought that sinking a lot of points on expensive small ships wasn't a good idea.

Sinking a lot of points into small ships is a bad idea in *general* but a good idea *in specific cases* where the synergy of the upgrades, ship, and pilot ability add up to enough value.

Three ship lists are fine and viable, but they do take some skill to fly. The imps have a similar list with Whisper, fixed Vader and Fel/ Jax.

What about the Ultimate Defense Corran i edited in the OP, guys?

I could put the astromech that boosts agility instead of R2 (and get 5-6 dice) but i need a failsafe plan in case stealth device drops due to my bad rolls/my opponent's lucky rolls
