If i have l fatigue equal to my stamina, can i recover 1 fatigue with 1 surge and can i use that surge in the same attack to gain 2 pierce from an ability of my weapon?

Yes. Surges get spent in the order that the active player (almost always the attacker) chooses. So, you could choose to resolve fatigue recovery surge first, the resolve another surge ability by spending another surge.

Do you mean to ask if you can use a single surge rolled to recover fatigue AND trigger an ability from your weapon? If that's the case, the answer is no. You cannot spend a single surge on two different things.

If you rolled two surges on the attack, you can spend one on recovering fatigue and the other on a weapon ability. You cannot spend two surges on the same thing, though (unless you have two sources for the same surge ability.)

Steve-o is correct, and I did not mean to imply otherwise- I've corrected my post to be clearer- in other words:

When you spend a surge to recover a fatigue, that fatigue is immediately recovered- you do not have to wait until the end of the attack. Therefore, if something else in the spend surges (or deal damage) step requires that you suffer a fatigue, you have one available to spend.
