A question from The UK

By maedhros1701, in News

Hi

(Love FFG products by the way)

A while ago it was announced that FFG was being merged into The Asmodee Group which s (I believe) a European Company

So I was hoping that having a European Presence would mean more coverage and support for events in Europe and particularly the UK

My question is therefore any plans for larger events in Europe or the UK?

Or perhaps a Gaming Centre like the one you guys run in the states (which is the coolest thing I have seen in a long while by the way)

Thank You for your time

Julian

I haven't heard of any plans yet, but I'm in the states.

They have been doing a lot of reorganization and such since the "merger". Presumably, as things get sorted out, that kind of support will become more evident. You have to remember that businesses of any size move at a glacial pace when they want to do something. My mother once worked on a merger that took a couple of years before everything was integrated. While I'm sure Asmodee (which is European) is much smaller than those companies, I would still expect them to take a good long while for management to get everyone on the same page.
