I was just wondering if FFG planned on releasing Poe's Black X Wing. I plan on painting one up for him, but an official mini would be awesome.

Not to mention a (promo?) version of his ship card that features the black X-Wing.

I'm guessing we will see it. Poe's X-Wing had it's own title according to some reference book, so it could show up as a special thing with some new pilots as well, like the other pilots who had names that we see in Episode 7. Actually it would make the most sense for it to be the "escort" ship that comes with some other huge ship, since that's typically how they do a 3rd version of a ship that's available in 2 other places.

I think if they were going to do it the one in the core would of been black as that's where you get Poe.

Maybe but Poe also flies a normal T-70, so he flies 2 different X-Wings in the movie.

I think in all honesty that the T-70 expansion should have had the title. But I think instead we'll have to wait like a year and we'll get it once the T-70 X-Wing is underpowered and needs a "fix".

He also flies a T-85. Let's get both.

I'm holding out on repainting one myself because I'm certain FFG will release one and I won't need two. Next rebel/resistance 'aces' type pack I think.

You can find very, very cheap Micromachine 3 ship blisters. One of them carry a black T 70. 10% smaller and you must glue a pole to it but until the day the FFG blackie arrives, you can use it. Low quality but...6 euro a blister containing 3 ships.

Nah that would be to easy. Poe in the core set, Poe's x-wing in a separate pack. Profit!

And besides, it's not like we're gonna get a ton of new ships out of TFA.
