Add 20 years for the Original Trilogy and another 30 for The Force Awakens, on top of the extremely low chance that he would be at that specific cantina in all of the galaxy is just very, very unlikely. (Then again, Luke's lightsaber was there out of all places.)

Luke's lightsaber that fell down into the depths of cloud city and likely into the atmosphere of a gas giant. Yep, conveniently RIGHT there! (Yeah, I remember that Luuke was cloned from the hand and had the lightsaber, but now that never happened)

No evidence it fell out of the cloud city and not just a long way down in to the bowels of the city. It's a story for another time.

There might be a story of lando returning to try to rebuild cloud city after endor etc., and some ugnaught finding it in the trash and giving it to him. Then they can reintroduce Lando in VIII.
