Been wanting to try this list out.

I just mentioned it in another post but thought maybe I'd start it's own thread.

I recently went up against vessery and Rex. Both with ion and the new title and they were pretty awesome.

I've been thinking of this

Not quite like the bbby panic attack but bombers are very tanky, and with rebels captive out front no one wants to shoot him.

Mara jade is a target because who wants her at range 1

(because of this I did consider having Rebel captive in with Mara jade, but will try having Tactician first)

Tactician on each bomber really puts your opponent into a position to be extra careful where he goes. Especially the elite pilot that hate stress.

Then there is vessery

Two attacks

Target lock for both attacks

Crackshot is there to secure the ion or maybe kill shot

Can't wait to try this

I've been waiting for some serious Imperial control. With each faction having their own distinctive play styles, I feel that 'control' fits best with the imperial style of play. They should be cold, calculating, and tactical. I would love to see this kind of list in an epic game with a TIE swarm to compliment. The Vessery synergy is also great in this list. It would be scary to fly against!

Not sure how I'll fair with it

Be up against a tie swarm with youngster and expose.

It's a lot of dice and both ships want to joust

However my list has less dice and evades.

It's about asteroid placement and trying to break up my opponent swarm.

Either way looks fun.

Mara Jade flanking sounds good against a jousting type of list. Imperial Panic Attack seems to have some variable strategy depending on what you are facing.

Haven't been getting the games in like I use to unfortunately

Played this list twice, once against a 6 ship tie swarm and then again against a Vader vessery and shuttle with prox cards

So far it has done well.

Managed to beat the swarm without losing a ship and then against the other one I lost a bomber but was finally able to catch vessery and get him, and then ion Vader

The high ps ships can be tough to catch but they don't want to get caught in any arcs.

Imperial veteran can't come out fast enough
