I don't recall if this is clarified in the rulebook for the Gozanti (only skimmed it so far) - and I don't have it with me at the moment.

The current rules for Huge Ship secondary weapons restricts them to performing attacks only from the printed arcs on the section of the ship on the section of the ship that the particular secondary weapon is equipped on.

While it's clear enough that the DLT allows you to attack outside of the printed arcs - as the Goz has 2 sections but only 1 ship card, what isn't clear is which section of the ship the DLT would be considered to be on.

If the rules for Huge Ship PWTs carry through for secondary turrets, and the DLT cannot declare a target if the line of attack passes through the blue centre line on the ship token, then knowing which section has the DLT equipped is an important consideration.

Presumably as the firing arcs are printed on the Fore section, that's where the attacks from the turret are measured from - but it doesn't pay to presume things - especially as the model shows the turret equipped on the Aft section

I'm inclined to think that probably is the case, but the Goz does have 2 sections even if it just has 1 card - and has a number of abilities / effects that can be specific to a section
