Best lists to beat Palp+Soontir+Vader

I am new here :-)

Here in Belgium a lot of people are using this great list of Lambda+Palp, Soontir and Vader. Also they are using the world championship start of maintaining position and wait to the enemy.
My question is, which would be the best empire lists to beat this one?
Maybe a decimator with vader and a phantom? Decimator+Vader + Soontir?

Or maybe a Kenkirk + Soontir?
