Had a blast with the following list. Dice were awfully swingy and the war bands were both on the more casual end but here is what I had-

Mux+ TLT+ Bossk

2x Slaver + EU + tactician

Gray God of stress ywing + TLT + BTLA-4+ hull

So very weird matchup here.

Pretty ugly 2 lanes of asteroids running horizontally in the center.

I set up all 3 ships of mine in a jumble on the right. By jumble I mean mini fortress with one YV at an angle into the other and the hwk to bump the center YV when it zero moves. My opponent set up center left with Awings and far left with ywing.

I spent the first 4 turns just "drifting" my fortress slightly ahead through a hole in 2 asteroids so I could see where he was going. I had to do it 4 turns since he was hard turning his Awings back and forth trying to get me to commit. With EUs I could get turned around once if they got behind me but a BTLA 4 ywing with PS bid and hill on my tail seemed like a bad idea.

Round 5 I decided to pounce since if he turned up again I'd get range 2 shots with tacticians and if he tried to draw me in I could just apply the brakes next round. Dialed up 3 banks/turn with my YVs + Boost and it really caught my opponent off guard. He was facing my edge with 2/4 ships with no shots but had arc with 1 Awing and the Y. My Slavers were stacked right in the middle of the asteroid lanes with great turn lanes for later. This left Mux a bit farther behind than I would have liked. Needed up only getting to shoot with 1 YV. 2nd was out of range by literally 1 mm after my opponent boosted. Fire was exchanged at range 3. Opponent took no damage and I took 2 damage and 2 stress on my front YV who would never get another action. So much for spending 10pts on EUs and 2 on Bossk.

Next round my opponent clearly expected me to stall. I did not and went for blocks! A 2 soft would put me on a rock but I thought the 3 would clear. Not quite. First YV on a rock. 2nd stacked behind. Hwk trailing. Did block 1 awing but he was able to get both others lined up. My rocked slaver lost all his shields and took a consul fire crit and 2 more stress. Ick. I was able to put a dent in 1 awing and some shields off the Y. Pliked 1 away from another awing with Bossk hwk.

3rd engagement round was fun. Got my front YV off the rock and trying to block the Ywing and 1 off the blocked Awings routes. 2nd took the firsts place but not on the rock. Hwk crept up into Muxing range. Got another block on an awing and but the stressbot y escaped by 2mm but facing a rock. Took damage from the consul fire...eww. Not good since I won't have an action ever. Nuked the blocked awing and lost another hp on the severely injured Slaver. Hwk took long range fire from the stressbot so no boskking for me.

4th saw me dance around and keep arcs on the ywing but not the two remaining Awings. I pretty much blanked out. Didn't take damage from consul fire and my injured YV faced 6 stress now with a consul fire and an awing on his tail.

I masterfully dance my injured YV next to the rock I landed in before and put my almost full YV in its place to block the Y. Put a little damage on the y and 1 of the Awings. Tactician started stacking up and denying actions as he had to PTL to turtle but range 2 is a big band on 2 YVs.

Next round I was able to Mux the only ship that had a shot on my YV with 1hp left. No consul fire damage and a hit and 2 crits kills another awing despite thrusters and rerolls with a direct hit. The trailing a misses the 1 hp YV and my opponent says "roll for next rounds consul fire". I do and it's blank again. He gives with an awing at 1hp and his ywing at 4 vs. my full hwk, 1 shield YV and 1 HP YV. Both my YVs would have range 1 shots on the Ywing and Mux had him at range 2 to PS kill.

I think asteroids and crits did just about as much damage as my hwk and 1 YV. Luckily my opponent had few hps. I really enjoyed flying them and Bossk hwk Mux is a great load out if you can keep the stress off.
