Is this turn legit?

By DarthButchbrune, in Descent: Journeys in the Dark

So, last night we had this happen and I want to know if it's legit :

- Silhouette used her feat as a first action (special action : You may move double your Speed (5). During this movement, each time you enter a space that contains a search token, you may suffer 1 fatigue to search that search token.)

- She moved 8 spaces, then she did her second action (unmask a guest at the masquerade ball) resume her move, the 2 remaining.

- She then used her fatigue up to her stamina to gain and move another 5 spaces.

- After that, she used a stamina potion to reset all her stamina.

- And then, re-used all her fatigue to gain and move another 5 and get out the map with the guest.

Is it me or moving 20 spaces in one turn with 1 action to spare seems a little intense?

Yeah and I forgot, she pick-up the potion on her way to the guess by searching a token for 1 fatigue, so basically, she moved 19 spaces, search a token and did 1 action.

She cannot interrupt her heroic feat. She has to completely finish that before picking up a guest. Otherwise, suffering a bunch of fatigue for MP, using a stamina potion and suffering more is completely 'legit.'

I've done more in a turn with her, with Treasure Hunter skills... whole lot of movement.

Agreed. Everything the player did was legit EXCEPT stopping in the middle of her feat's movement to unmask a guest. Unless those extra 2 "feat spaces" she moved after unmasking were critical to the completion of this plan, however, it doesn't really matter.

Interrupting movement to perform another action is only something that can be done in a "Move Action." Any special action that doesn't explicitly call itself a Move Action is not a Move Action, even if it grants movement itself. However, everything else was legit. Knowing how to wh*re out your Fatigue is a big part of the hero strategy in this game, so kudos to the player for making use of that part.

As for it being too powerful, keep in mind that this is not something that every hero can do every turn. Silhouette has a BIG MOVEMENT feat, but she can only use it once per encounter. Fatigue potions are also limited and she got lucky in drawing one from the search token. It was a good hero turn, undeniably, but it's not something she'll be doing ALL THE TIME.

I would assume Jaina works in much the same way?
