Ships gettin wobblier! Any tips?

By MAstaKFC, in Star Wars: Armada

Hi Guys,

I've noticed that over time, some of my ships aren't as sturdy as they used to be.

Specifically, where the bottom of the ship connector 'clicks' into the base, the base insert is noticeably depressed, therefore resulting in more wriggle room. This is most likely due to the constant switching/flipping of the insert depending on the ship variation that is played and the wobble is reaching a stage where it's become annoying.

Does anyone else notice this and have tips/ideas on how to make it studier again?

Cheers and thanks!

Small spacer of cloth around the peg hole, under the ship token. That spacer adds just enough push.

Cloth or a bit of paper.

Super glue?

Mail to me and I shall take care of them.....

Magnets.

Or email FFG and they'll send you new components. Worth a shot, they've replaced several of mine.

I hope they get to my request eventually. My one sheet in the R&V is so off center you can't use it.

Paint the base with primer black. All mine are painted so i dont notice it

Set down the Christmas cheer and sleep it off.

Ditto.

There's no wobble in the black bases.

I had a set like that too. 3 weeks and no shipping email. It makes them unable to be used except for the couple that were close enough. They still don't rotate centered on the base.

Bingo. That's it.
