Cheers, spur of the moment decision after making a joke about a 'death star tree topper'.
The death star is a cadburys 'snowballs' container sprayed silver and scribbled over with a sharpies, not my finest bit of model making as i think it took less than 30 mins to do including paint drying time 
dont panic about the ships, i've not wrecked FFG ones but sprayed the cheap soft plastic 'micro machines' ones up and hung them on wires.
I also quite like the star wars lava lamp behind the tree , rather than wax bubbles it has tiny xings and tie fighters that swirl around each other when its on!

Its probably the chinese cinema set.
We've got a whole street of lego modulars and i think it goes, cinema, pet shop/townhouse/parisian restaurant, detectives/pool hall, super market.
The dragon got put there ages ago for some reason and never seems to have left
Just behind the tree you can see a lego 'big bang theory' set on the bookshelf. That was a present to the wife that one. I prefer sets that i can incorporate into the 'brickville' town we sometimes build up (its currently mainly stored in the attic at the moment and only the high street is still out as it was making the dining room table unnavailable for games of xwing... oh and eating off!)

Well our christmas usually does involve the wife and i buying each other a lot of lego.
annoyingly the lego modulars bank/launderette isnt released til Jan 1 so we're having to wait on that.
Bank & launderette... someone at lego has a sense of humour

I'd say Merry Sithmas......but I've designated Sithmas to be the time when someone sees the new Star Wars movie. As in: "Has your family celebrated Sithmas yet?" "No, we will celebrate it next Saturday at the 10am showing".
