Simple but not quite right...

Whole lotta juice but I think it needs tweaking. What would you change for a tournament and why and please give me overall critique

I think pretty simple but effective. Squads screen and move to engage ships if no viable targets exist. AFs block the home one and they all just chuck red like its going outta style. With defiance and leading shots I can get rerolls against activated targets at long range. Only thing i'm concerned about is survivability.

I would downgrade to Command and buy ECMs, then use the 2 points left to get Home One over Defiance.

I would then drop Han for 26 points, 14 of which can be used to buy 2x ECMs on the MKIIs, then the 8 points left can be used to turn that X-Wing into Luke or Tycho.

See I defiantly feel you on the ecm's, I don't feel safe without them. But you really think home one would be worth it. It gives my AFMKIIs one accuracy if in range but I feel I can grant effectiveness with leading shots and getting brute damage, regardless if its assault or command. Plus since ECM is so common place, would home one really provide big benefit in a red dice parade. Im not going to be getting a ton of accuracys.

For squads I think you have a good point. Ill ditch Han. Do you think four squads with one ace would be an efficient screen?

I think you want be at either 4 or 6 if you're planning to run 3-ship lists. Of course, the less you go, the more prone you are to getting Fireballed.
