Think this could do well in a competitive environment if flown well?

Planning on fortressing boba behind Ys for the first few turns then letting him blast out for perfect range 1-2 shots on first engagement. Then he flies by and shoots out rear arc before turning around and coming in for another pass. The Ys are fairly mobile and can split to make sure ships can't be in both of their donut holes at the same time. Opponents can go after TLTs first and get pummeled by boba, or if they chase boba get hit by TLTs. Also forces them to choose to be at range 1 of boba and give him re-rolls, or range 2 and take stress.
Any tips or advice you all have would be greatly appreciated. I have limited ability to practice, so any game plans you have against specific common lists would also be appreciated. Thanks!
