Who does well against Super Dash?

He is dominating my meta, and I would like to punish the jerk.

I've been trying Soontir/Jake, but with a proxied Kanan it is pretty much impossible to predict his move and easy to predict my green, so early game he blocks me and kills the rest of my force. Late game he runs away. i try a swarm, but he hides in obstacles and can one shot Z or Ties frighteningly often if I make a small mistake and bump or rock.

Thoughts/

try a miranda with tactician and TLT & 2 kwings with tactician and TLT list

Have you tried general TLT spam already? Maybe put in a Streshog to make him entirely actionless.

just remember that Echo (at least the first combat unless Omega has a lock) needs to shoot before Vess unless otherwise noted in ()

r3-a2 TLT + BTL-a2 on a Y-wing

note NOT A TURRET

with empire, it's aces with boost normally. They'll get right up in his face, provided he doesn't make masterful use of obstacles

Omega Leader (Juke + Relay) also gives next to no **** about super elite, high value ships

with Kanan, he's not getting a lot of modifiers and is considerably weaker.

It's tricky. Just have to keep the pressure on him. Try something with a flechette cannon. Kanan makes him incredibly powerful defensively, but if you can stack up stress and damage him at the same time that should help. TLT does the same job more reliably but you get the advantage of range 1 shots with the flechette.

Ten Numb with Mangler and Tactician

You might squeeze a Z95 in there if you're crafty about upgrades.

Slow roll up in formation, keep overlapping fire arcs, and keep the pressure on. If you can deny his actions you get the edge, Kanan or no Kanan.

Why VI on Carnor here? Wouldn't PTL be more likely to get him shots/donut hole superdash given that PTL superdash will be moving before him anyway? Dump the missiles off Maarek and you can afford to put the title and Stealth Device on as well.

because Super Dash has a SuperBuddy that flies with him. What good is it to prepare your whole fleet vs one ship in a two ship build... Say his second ship is

Corran Horn. FCS VI R2D2 Shield upgrade...

you know what shuts down corran real easy? a Maarek Stele AHM into a direct hit... you know what helps keep your highly injured ships alive through it all? Blinded pilot through the shields with... AHM.

and VI on Jax because moving last will ensure that you are within R1 of your Desired target 90% of the time.

If you build your list to counter one single ship in one single list, you wont go far in a tournament... gotta be a JAX OF ALL TRADES

Dash hates stress, use this to make him predictable in movement and stop his actions ( better if you can multi stress him)
