No idea, but, look up the website of the 501st Legion. They are Star Wars cosplayers who dress up in highly detailed (meaning authentic to the movie props) Imperial uniforms, storm trooper armor, etc. They have a forum where you can get lots of information on stuff like this. For instance, through that site I was able to find someone who made me a fantastic replica Imperial grand admiral's badge for $20. It even came with magnets so I can attach it to my gaming club bowling shirt.
