Just to make sure, the way I read this is that the enemy ship is also considered to be not touching you and can therefore also shoot you. Thanks

On the condition that they are within your firing arc, yes.

It's a bit of a double edged sword. It could quite conceivably bite you given the right circumstances.

And before someone inevitably asks "What if I have a turret?", your firing arc is not 360°. It's the printed arc on the ship's token. Unless the Ghost's "special" arc changes that.

He could be a tlt's worst nightmare or a blockers easy meal. Makes for a very interesting chopper with docked dorsal turret phantom though.........

Or it could be great. Some guy blocks Zeb by k turning in front of him (forgetting his ability) and gets whacked during combat. With exception of auxiliary arcs you have 3 dead sides to bump against where you'll not have return fire. This will make for some interesting maneuvers.
