So I'm looking at keeping maximum firepower with high hp and utility. I've tried crack shot on wedge and it's devastating against the imp aces with palpatine shuttle lists. Admittedly he doesn't last long. The b's give some consistent 3 dice attacks and the ywing stresses my most bothersome ship in my opponents squad.

I'm looking at this for store championship season. Any suggestions that could help me tweak the concept would be really helpful. Thanks

Looks like a lot of fun to fly, and durable. For some reason though, Wedge always dies quick when I see him on the board (as you point out). You'll certainly provide your opponents with a tough choice of targets, though. And I think the Y will get to stick around for a long time.

I've been looking at a list very similar to this, but down the road a bit where the Attack Shuttle can sub in for the X. I feel like Sabine with PTL and TLT subbed in for Wedge, while very different, could be survivable and super annoying.

That's a good thought thanks. I'm avoiding thinking of the wave 8/8.5 stuff just in case it's either not legal or not out in time for store champ season.

Just on the wedge front Ive been using him at the back of the group. Tend to have y wing at front centre of the triangle and wedge directly behind with a b wing each side of wedge. Works OK in practice but don't want to risk taking it without outside opinion.

I would trade crack shot for a 1 point astromech on wedge then give him the IA upgrade.

or trade him for Biggs with astromech and IA to give the B-wings FCS.

My favorite list is as follows...

Tarn Mison - R7-IA

B-wing - FCS X2

Y-wing - TLT - title - R3-A2

I second the trading Crackshot for IA and a one point Astromech idea.

B-wings could also be traded for rookie pilots with R2 and IA. Personal preference.

Just tested the list out again today and one shot killed soontir at range 2. Yeah I agree that the crack shot drop could be useful but it's so hard to push dmg through without it.

On the replacing the b wings with x's it's not a great trade but it's worth considering. Actually considering dropping r3a2 and putting an r2 astromech and integrated on the xwing and an r2 on the ywing.
