Are there any penalties for psykers gaining cybernetics? Specifically, my Slaaneshi psyker would like to obtain a Pheromone Generator. Would that have any negative impact on psychic ability?

Basically, as long as it doesn't affect Willpower (key stat for psychic powers) then it won't make their life any worse than it probably could be through GM action (or inaction).

Computers in this setting can be possessed by demons, this isn't Shadowrun where technology is inherently anti-magic.
