Attach this to Han, and then make sure you get him to your opponent's deployment zone, and essentially you've paid 8 points to have him on your team.
What do you think?

Not sure I follow. You are still limiting your squad capacity in choosing him, and now you're actually paying an additional cost to attach the card. It doesn't let you add more troops to your list... So Han still costs 13 capacity, and since you could put this on Jyn or Alliance Smuggler for less points, you may not benefit much.

I think what they are saying is he now costs 13, but assuming you get the card off you are now playing a 35 point game.
So baseline Han was 12, now he's 12+1 but if you get the 5 points you need to kill 5 points less of enemies.
Unfortunately having less bodies will make those 35 points harder to come by. I think this is ideally used on a cheaper smuggler to force your opponent to pay attention to them when they split. If you start wrapping to their base the back way you can force your opponent to split his forces a bit. To make it worse you can stun something when it comes at you from a range, so they may have to send 2 forces after a single Alliance Smuggler, it can be used on Han as well but I don't know if his steep cost is offset by this, especially when the AS has 5 speed himself.
Yeah, I'm just desperate to see more value out of Han that's all.

Me too, I just don't think this is it yet.
Maybe we'll get a hold out blaster enhancement that he can use someday
.
Well, the better the smuggler, the more forces will be drawn off to meet it. Forcing the enemy to split gives them more opportunity to make mistakes, so its not a bad plan. I dont know who is more powerful in the game, han or jyn, but a stronger piece would demand a stronger response.

Good point. Many say that regular Sabs are better than Jyn in the skirmish game - but that's it's close. This may have made it closer.
Had a thought. 6 smugglers each with smugglers run. I didn't see a deployment limit for skirmish upgrades in the manual, so I may be wrong. Add on some, maybe wookies as a screening force, and sprint at the enemy balls out. He smugglers stun should discourage speedy pursuit.

Doesn't the dot in front of Smuggler's Run mean it's "unique" like the Royal Guard Champion.

Smuggler's Run has an unique symbol, so yup we can have just one.

Oh well, that would have been fun to watch....
Ah well, i dont know skirmish, so i wasn't sure.
That's not the only thing Han got recently.
