Shield Upgrades, Deadeye, Prockets, Proton Torps, and HLC. But personally I'd rework the whole thing.
Yeah I'd try dropping the ordnance and Deadeye first. Then maybe downgrade the blocker, and perhaps nix Determination?
So I took apart his army and will completely remake it, any thoughts on what I should create?
Imperial Kath is really a controlling type of pilot. I would suggest either Rebel Captive, Mara Jade, or Tactician. Pair her with a Mangler cannon for crit triggering and you are good to go. EPT and modification to season, but I do like VI and Engine Upgrade on her. The key though is what you pair with her. Good forms of imperial control are more stress, blocking, or ion cannons.
Some pairing options for a 50-point Imperial Kath:
(33) Delta Squadron Defender + Ion Cannon
(12) Academy Pilot
Provides blocking capability from two different ships at PS 1 in addition to the Ion option. I love Delta defenders because you can basically guarantee your white 4K. Even if the opponent expects it, you will most likely be moving first and still get your action afterwards to barrel roll and further block or take another action.
(46) Oicunn + Rebel Captive
Get up to ramming speed for added damage and a fairly low PS blocker. Rebel Captive controls the opponent for shooting you. EPT and upgrades to season (4 points left over)
(48) Academy Pilot x4
Mini swarm provides flexibility to block and a flurry of firepower for your opponent to deal with. Ideally your control from Kath can make the enemy target predictable to get your mini swarm into range one to unleash some shield plinking.
Not an all inclusive list, but you have a lot to rework in light of the over-priced list. Imperial Kath list named Pirate Stressing?
