Quick question, is there a reason to own more than one pack of rogues and villains? Sorry, corny find an answer to this anywhere.
multiple rogues and villains?
Indeed. Every ship has both a Generic and a Unique version.
No reason to not take multiple of the Generics if they're your cup of tea.
A lot of imperial players seem to be really liking multiple firesprays.
to run multiple of the generic rogues, firesprays are currently all the rage on the imperial side
The rebels, in keeping with wave one tradition kind of got the short end of the squadron sick
Ok, sweet! I wasn't sure if there were generic versions. Thanks!
It depends on your style and budget. Do you want to run an Imperial Fireball, yt1300s to protect your B-wings.

Please the Rebels clearly got the better squadrons, the Imperials all have specialised types where the Rebels have flexible squadrons.

I feel like we should be skeptical of this comment, given that it comes from a person literally named Darth Evil.
Just saying.
Also, joking aside, I think Firespray is the winner of the entire pack, but I think the YT-2400 generic is under-appreciated for the rebels.

Yeah really we need to let the meta sort itself out.
Like the "6 A-Wings Tournament Winner" list came out of left field, and something else probably will too.

I have to second this, I am not sure where he is coming from but at lest in my area in wave one the rebels owned the squadron fight, now with wave two it is only slightly in the rebel favor. But maybe my area is doing it wrong, do not know.
I think there is some room for differing opinions overall, but generally speaking we can come to a consensus on the winners of each Wave. A Wings were definitely the best squadron of Wave 1. Same price as an Interceptor but with an extra hull, and a black battery die. They lose one AS die, and swarm. Easy trades, IMO.
Wave 2 feels like the Firespray - but not in a vacuum, either. The Firespray is as potent as it is only because of Rhymer. Sure, it would be good without him - but good enough to justify it's heavy cost? Maybe, maybe not.
I think you not need more than one pack. Because the squadrons are more expensive, making it not a good idea to wield to many of them. Then you might buy another capital ship or more cheaper squadrons...
