Here are some tie/fo ideas I like:

-Omega Ace

-PTL

-Comms Array

-Stealth Device

Guaranteed 2 criticals as long as you use your PTL two actions as focus and target lock. Comms array will make so that you don't have to use your evade action.

-Zeta Ace

-PTL

-Engine Upgrade

Made for maneuverability. You can also switch PTL with VI for a better barrel roll.

-Zeta Leader

-Engine Upgrade

-Cool Hand

Made to die early in the game, boost to get into range 1(or target lock), gain stress with pilots ability, cool hand a focus, attack with 3+ die with focus or target lock. Not best, but good for shutting down early shenanigans.

3 FOs will shatter to basically anything

There is no need to overbuild them; they will NEVER be interceptors

Give them an ept (juke or ptl for omega ace) and sometimes tech (if juke --> relay) and nothing else
