Yes.

There is no restriction on Re-Rolling a Re-Roll...

In fact, the rules explicitly allow it.

Modifying Dice

Dice can be modified in the following ways by game effects:

• Reroll: When a die is rerolled, the attacker picks it up and rolls it again. A die can be rerolled multiple times.

On that note, the reason why you can't Vader a Vader Reroll, is the "While" Trigger. "While, When, etc" allow you to do it during the specified time, but only once during that specified time...

So during an Attack, you can Reroll with Vader, but Vader can't be used again on that attack... But any other while or when trigger can be done at the same time..

The defending player ability to force rerolls occur during the Spend Defense Tokens step so after the attack modifies everything

That is indeed Correct for both Lando and Evade!

Of course, we may eventually get one that lets you do it at the modify time, in which case, the timing precedence of initiative would apply, hypothetically.
