There is also a brand new Light Cruiser and a brand new Heavy Cruiser class listed. From the name I am guessing that the Dissident class Light Cruiser is Resistance. No idea what faction the Maxima-A class Heavy Cruiser belongs to.

And there is a Nebulon-K Frigate I suppose it might be First Order but given that the Nebulon-Bs are widely known as rebel ships and only appeared as rebel ships in the OT combined with the fact we can't confirm that any canon Imperial Frigates are Neb-Bs AFAIK I'm betting it is a New Republic or Resistance ship

There is also yet another new X-Wing model (A T-85 while the Resistance X-Wings are older T-70s) and a few light freighter classes including the Ghtroc 720 becoming canon and a newly introduced Ghtroc 690 class

Not sure yet. Probably better engines, shields, weapons or some combo of the aforementioned.

In Legends yes but has the backstory been confirmed in canon? And either way in the actual movies the only Nebulon-Bs you see are rebel ships.
