Totally gimmicky and this list would probably be more effective with Youngster, Epsilon Ace and 60 some points of aces.

Epsilon Ace uses Youngster's Squad Leader to start a chain reaction of PS 12 actions. No one uses their PTL (or EI) until after the get their PS 12 Squad leader action. As long as everyone is at range one of Youngster and at range 1-2 of the ship before and after them in PS order, they all end up with an action at PS 12. Unfortunately the weak link is Epsilon Leader since his only action is to give Omega Leader an action.

I was trying to figure out how to fit him in but his lack of an EPT slot and high PS are problematic for the Squad Leader chain.

Oh hey, just though of a cool name for a list like this "Chain of Command".

Seems more of a gimmick list that won't pan out well in practice anyway, but I think I would rather one guy miss out on an action and have open dials for everyone.
