I'm starting this thread, as the title suggests, for people to post who their fav/most awesome game masters were, are. Here's mine.

My gm is an orthodox hieromonk, who has a beard down to his waist and hair even longer than that. He also runs one of the best Star Wars campaigns I've ever played.

My GM is a bad joke telling, uber nerd. When he's not GM'ing, he's a surgeon. And when he's not rooting around in people's insides, rolling dice, being a nerd or telling bad jokes, he's my dad. I can say, without a doubt, he runs the best Star Wars game I've ever played but I have to confess that it's also the only one I've ever played.

Yup! kaosoe has it right. This is THE "Coolest GM" thread.

I GM about 99% of the time for my group so any time someone else volunteers to run something and let me play, they are officially the coolest GM.
